Founded as a collaborative ministry vision of Nspirational Communications Group and Ignite Multi-Media Worldwide, IgniteMS.tv has become a beacon of hope and motivation in the digital landscape. Our mission is to create impactful narratives that resonate with audiences worldwide, fostering a community driven by positivity and growth.
Simply put, our passion is to inspire, encourage and challenge people to embrace their divine purpose and live it with the Spirit of Excellence.

Through our diverse range of shows, we aim to highlight stories of resilience, innovation, and personal growth. Our goal is to be a beacon of positivity and a catalyst for growth, development and change, while encouraging viewers to embrace their defining moments and ignite their potential.
Our MISSION is TWO-FOLD:
I. To produce, syndicate and distribute family-friendly programming, that educates, entertains and informs (“edutainment”). Our extensive network of legacy and digital affiliates and assets becomes an extension of your selection of positive, inspirational, and encouraging programming.
II. To create and maintain maximum returns on investment (ROI) for our corporate and individual partners through an innovative and unprecedented marketing approach. Dynamic visibility nets growth, which ultimately nets success!
Meet Larry and Carla Nicks
Larry and Carla Nicks are the dynamic duo behind IgniteMS.tv, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to the platform. Larry, as the visionary host of “Defining Moments,” captivates audiences with his insightful storytelling and motivational insights. Carla, with her strategic acumen, ensures the seamless execution of our multimedia projects, driving the creative vision forward. Together, they have cultivated a platform that not only entertains but also empowers individuals to embrace their own defining moments.

Larry Nicks – (Founder/President) is a native of Starkville, Mississippi. Prior to founding Nspirational Communications Group, his broadcast career spanned over 19 years in television broadcast sales, marketing consultant, as well as senior level management with ABC, Fox and NBC Affiliates. Larry has been active in numerous organizations, and has served on numerous boards, including the YMCA, Mission Mississippi, Touching Hands Ministry, Jackson Leadership Foundation, Roaring Lambs of Greater Jackson, Unite Mississippi, Mississippi Electronic Protection Licensing Advisory Board, Vine Place Community Outreach and a host of other community non-profit entities. Larry serves as President and Managing Partner of Nspirational Communications Group.

Carla Nicks – Bringing, to date, over 30 years of public relations experience to the company, Carla Nicks serves as Senior Vice President of Nspirational Communications Group.
Her savvy and no-nonsense ability to weave through the bureaucracy of red tape has
garnered Nspirational client’s quick and efficient results. Though Carla currently resides in Brandon with her family, she is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. She has served, or currently serves on boards to include, but not limited to, The United Way of the Capital Area, University Christian School, American Heart Association, The Mississippi Food Network, United Parcel Service Foundation Board, Hinds Community College Foundation Board,and many others, to which she has been bestowed many honors and commendations. She’s served primarily as event planner, fundraising and personnel chair for numerous non-profit and community organizations. To her credit, Carla is highly sought out as a motivational speaker. Though Carla wears many hats as V.P., her primary functions with the company are strategic planning and event management. Also, to her credit, Carla holds the distinct honor of being crowned the First African American
Miss. Hinds Community College, as well as Mrs. Mississippi.

The Story Behind IgniteMS.tv
IgniteMS.tv was born out of a passion to foster a desire to make a positive and sustaining difference, and to inspire people worldwide to embrace and ignite the HOPE of Jesus Christ from within. Founded by Larry and Carla Nicks, with the collaboration of some of most highly regarded and award-winning production, engineering, and programming strategists in the region. Teaming up to launch one of the most relevant, compelling, user friendly, formidable broadcast networks and multi-media production and programming studios in the state. With a combined total of over 110 years of broadcast and public relations experience, to-date, this platform was inspired by the shared vision of creating a space where meaningful conversations and inspiring narratives could flourish. Their journey began with a simple idea: to use media, conversation and the testimonies of others as tools for positive nourishment, inspiration, encouragement and change within oneself and others.

Nspirational Communications Group is a full-service business development, marketing and special events management company that specializes in broadcast program production, syndcations and distribution, with a dynamic sports component. NCG primarily focuses on strategic planning, public relations, budiness development consulting, executing and servicing local, statewide and national partnerships. We differentiate ourselves in the execution of our successful grass roots level approach.
Additionally, we have partnerships that provide the skill set, to include, but are not limited to…
I. Construction, engineering, and maintenance of commercial broadcast and commercial production facilities.
II. Construction, engineering, maintenance, and management of private broadcast network and digital systems.
III. Production, Syndication and Distribution of “Legacy” Radio and Television programming, as well as “Digital”, related to Inspirational, Faith Based, Sports, Health, Wellness and Nutrition, Medical Prevention and Maintenance, Etc.
